Paano nga bang magrenew ng passport sa DFA Lipa?

Ang DFA Lipa is located in 2nd Floor Robinson's Mall Lipa City beside Teletech and Robinson Appliance center mall hours po sila from 10am to 8pm ang process ng passport pero ang pila po ng mga aplikante ay maagang maaga at the back entrance of Robinson mall beside parking lot most of the applicant pumipila na sila ay early as 2am pero as much as possible come early not later than 6:30am kasi hanggang 230 applicants lang allowable nila plus first 50 priority applicants senior, pregnant, children, and PWD. Around 6:30am or 6:40am dumarating yung nag aayos ng pila siya din yung nag bibilang ng aplikante at around 7:00am or 7:30am binibigay yung form sa form nakalagay yung number mo upper right side corner tandaan mo number mo kasi yun yung tatawagin nila pagpasok mo sa mall ng 10am fill-up the form legibly at ipasa mo sa taong nangongolekta ng form bumalik nalang kayo ng 10am pagbukas na ang mall.  

Passport renewal requirements:

1. For Maroon passport color

• Old passport maroon
• 1 valid id
• for change status (Married woman) bring marriage certificate from NSO
• 1 pc. photo copy of passport front and back
• 1 pc. photo copy of id front and back 

    2. For Green passport color

• Old passport green
• 1 valid id
• Birth certificate from NSO
• for change status (Married woman) bring marriage certificate from NSO kahit wala ng birth certificate.
• 1 pc. photo copy of passport front and back
• 1 pc. photo copy of id front and back 

Kung wala po kayong time magpaphoto copy meron mismo sa loob ng DFA Lipa minsan kahit meron kanang photo copy inaadvice pa din nilang magpaphoto copy sa kanila P5 per copy.

Kung ang number mo ay 100 pataas 12:30pm or 1pm ng natatawag ang number pagnatawag na number mo ihanda muna ang mga requirements at ibigay sa front desk officer located inside DFA pagpasok mo mismo sa loob kung early renewal ka let's say may 1year pa sa passport mo before expiration date inaadvice ka nila to get affidavit of renewal which is also located inside the DFA meron dun notary public left side you will pay P200 for the affidavit then balik ka dun sa desk officer after that kung hindi pa crowded ang tao sa loob you will advice to proceed in processing section para maassess ka you will ask if you will pay P950 or P1200, for regular processing P950 25working days bago mo makuha ung passport mo minsan inaabot pa ng 1month, for express processing P1200 10working days minsan nadedelay din ang release inaabot ng 11 or 12days, after mong pumili between P950 and P1200 bibigyan ka ng receipt then proceed to the cashier to pay then labas kana muna at maghintay sa waiting area wait for your number to be called again para naman sa encoding at picture taking after nun that's it wait ka nalang ng release date.
